Unknowingly fathered by Di Hechzarder on a raid 17 years ago, Vicky grew up a social outcast in her Yupik village in remote Alaska. Her mother, a former tribal shamaness similarly outcast, cared for her and gave her the name Snow Wolf for her huntress powers. Recently her mother died, and Snow Wolf has left home on a quest to take vengeance against Di Hechzarder. She has never seen a Ciodali or another Offspring.

Heart is first mate and gunner on the Jaekerling, the ship of the notorious space pirate Jan Ohan. A noble-born Obzialese with "general-class" powers, Heart has just lost his new wife, Lady Kisri, to a ploy by Di Abovar. Stranded on Earth, separated from his ship and crew, and accompanied only by Ecchi, his trained Kikazo, Heart has sworn vengeance against Di Abovar.

Note: his ponytail really is detached from the rest of his hair.

Ciodali general / aka Di Hechzarder Joacca Tiarth Mizaiin Regartha Odrefa Ryoon / Age 63

Di Hechzarder was a great figure in the Ciodali conquest of Earth. He led the army that defeated the United States in the 1980s, and as a reward was given much of Alaska as his personal fiefdom. He also maintains a separate estate in central Africa. Though now considered a member of the Old Guard, he remains influential in Ciodali politics on Earth. He is unmarried but has a fondness for human women.

A ruthless and ambitious general, Di Abovar led the Ciodali conquest of Russia in the 1990s. His victory left him one of the most powerful figures on Earth, but he has set his sights even higher. He despises the rival Obzialese, and wishes them eliminated from Earth.

In court circles on Tazego, Kisri was a famous beauty and best-selling novelist, while living a double life as a spy for the Obzialese Queen. Recently she married Heart Ravenna, who knew her secret. The two planned to retire, but the Queen prevailed on them to travel to Earth for one last mission. There, mere months after her wedding, Kisri met her death.

Leader of the E.T. gang in Anchorage, licensed by the Ciodali as an adjunct to the Viceroy. Big Atom was born in Russia after an early Ciodali exploration visit, and when Abovar invaded Russia in 1991 he joined the Ciodali side. He's highly educated in physics and has a strong sense of self-preservation.

The son of an American State Department official who had an affair with a Granfirhese on a diplomatic visit to Africa, Rockstar grew up on the streets of Pittsburgh. Pursuing a life of crime, he got involved in the Mafia racket of smuggling goods to Alaska, and wound up in Anchorage. There he joined the E.T.s for the prestige. He's currently dating Black Boa.

Black Boa has no idea who her parents are and doesn't care. She grew up at the Periphery Orphanage in Anchorage, where she became fascinated with their pet boa constrictor, leading to her bizarre power. She currently lives in a low-rent apartment with her cat, Otto, and is dating Rockstar. She seems to be a particularly powerful Offspring, still in the early stages.

Amar is the acknowledged son of Di Hechzarder. His mother was a human servant with whom the unmarried warlord was in love. Unlike most Offspring, Amar was raised as a beloved child and given all the privileges of an aristocratic house. He parlayed this into a high position in the alien Dezence Church, from which he agitates for a more humane colonization of Earth, especially concerning Offspring. Though his preaching has little effect, he is universally respected by other Offspring.
